Ibanez GAX30 Overview
Styled in a transparent cherry finish, the Ibanez GIO Series GAX130 is an electric guitar with a double-cutaway poplar body and a maple neck. Atop the 24.7” scale neck sits a bound fingerboard fashioned out of treated New Zealand pine. This fingerboard offers 22 medium frets with an acrylic white block inlay.
For electronics, this guitar is outfitted with a pair of Infinity R humbucking pickups courtesy of Ibanez. A volume and tone knob are provided for calibrating your timbre, as is a three-way pickup selector switch. Strings are affixed to the body by means of a Full Tune III tune-o-matic style bridge and a corresponding Full Tune III tailpiece. You’ll note the chrome hardware employed throughout.
