About the role

Stage Door Productions’ is seeking a Rock Star Support Officer (Retail & audio) to join our team on a contract basis at our Alexandria, NSW location. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our loyal customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable rehearsal experience.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers
Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrations, and troubleshooting
Maintaining store displays, merchandise, and inventory
Providing technical support for our audio equipment and accessories
Collaborating with the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience
Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised store environment

What we’re looking for

Experience in a customer-facing retail or technical support role – Or – be eager to learn, and demonstrate great initiative and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of audio equipment, accessories, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently to meet deadlines
Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
A love of all things music!
